Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Elino, an online platform available at elino.ai.

Elino is designed primarily for IT candidates, freelancers, and professionals looking for permanent employment or freelance opportunities. Recruiter or company access may be offered separately.

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using Elino, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Publisher

Elino is an online service available at elino.ai.

3. Eligibility

Elino is intended only for users who are 18 years old or older. By using Elino, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and using your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify Elino immediately at contact@elino.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Services provided by Elino

Elino may provide features including, but not limited to:

• access to IT job offers and freelance missions;
• search and filtering tools;
• job offer detail pages;
• saved offers and saved search profiles;
• private notes on jobs, recruiters, or opportunities;
• market analytics, including contract trends, remote or on-site breakdowns, technologies, locations, recruiter activity, or daily rate estimates;
• CV import and AI-assisted CV extraction;
• AI-assisted CV adaptation for specific job offers;
• AI-generated recruiter messages;
• AI interview preparation for specific job offers;
• smart job alerts and email notifications;
• recruiter directory or recruiter-related information, if available;
• import of job offers from external links, URLs, or text.

The exact features available may depend on your plan, account status, geographic availability, technical limitations, or product evolution.

6. AI-assisted features

Elino may use artificial intelligence systems, including third-party AI providers, to generate, analyze, summarize, classify, or enrich content.

AI-assisted features may include CV analysis, skill extraction, job matching, recruiter message generation, interview preparation, market insights, and other professional assistance.

AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. Elino does not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, error-free, suitable for your situation, or compliant with every professional, legal, or contractual requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving AI-generated content before using it, sending it to recruiters, applying for jobs, or making decisions based on it.

Elino does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a job, freelance mission, interview, recruiter response, contract, or other professional opportunity.

7. External content and third-party sources

Elino may display, import, analyze, or reference content from third-party or public sources, including job offers, recruiter information, company information, market data, daily rate estimates, links, or other professional content.

Third-party content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, modified, unavailable, or removed by its original source. Elino does not guarantee its accuracy, availability, completeness, legality, or freshness.

When you import a job offer, URL, CV, document, message, or other content into Elino, you confirm that you have the right to use, upload, process, and submit it to the platform.

8. User content

You may upload, import, save, generate, or create content on Elino, including CVs, job offers, notes, recruiter messages, professional profiles, preferences, imported links, interview preparation content, and other data. You remain responsible for that content.

You agree not to upload, import, store, generate, or share content that is:

• false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• illegal or encouraging illegal activity;
• discriminatory, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful;
• confidential or protected by third-party rights without authorization;
• infringing intellectual property, privacy, professional secrecy, or contractual obligations;
• containing malware, malicious code, or attempts to compromise the platform;
• used to spam recruiters, companies, candidates, or other third parties.

Elino may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Elino for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• use Elino to spam recruiters, candidates, companies, or third parties;
• scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit Elino data without authorization;
• bypass payment, usage limits, security measures, authentication, or access controls;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise the platform;
• use automated tools, bots, or scripts in a way that harms the platform or violates these Terms;
• use Elino to process sensitive, illegal, discriminatory, or unauthorized data;
• misuse Elino outside its professional IT job search and opportunity management purpose.

10. Free plan and paid subscriptions

Elino may offer a free plan with limited feature access and paid monthly subscriptions with additional features. The features, limits, and prices of each plan are displayed on the platform and may change over time.

Paid subscriptions are billed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the provider to charge the selected payment method according to the price and billing cycle displayed at purchase.

11. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Elino may offer a refund for the current paid month only, subject to review and where applicable. Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on usage, timing, payment status, legal requirements, and the circumstances of the request.

12. Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment service provider. Elino does not store full payment card details on its own servers. Payment data is handled by the provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

If a payment fails, Elino may suspend, downgrade, or restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

13. Email notifications and alerts

Elino may send emails related to account creation and authentication, job alerts, matching opportunities, saved searches, billing, product updates, service announcements, security, legal, or administrative notices.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing or product emails where an unsubscribe option is available. Essential service, billing, security, and legal emails may still be sent when necessary.

14. Availability and changes to the service

Elino is an evolving platform. Features may be added, modified, suspended, restricted, or removed at any time.

Elino may interrupt or limit access for maintenance, updates, security, technical issues, provider failures, or other operational reasons. Elino does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

15. Intellectual property

The Elino platform, including its software, interface, design, trademarks, logos, databases, content structure, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from Elino without prior written authorization.

You retain your rights in your uploaded content, subject to the limited rights needed by Elino to host, process, display, analyze, and provide the service.

16. Confidentiality and professional responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any CV, job offer, recruiter message, company information, professional note, or imported content you use on Elino does not violate confidentiality obligations, employment contracts, client agreements, non-disclosure agreements, or third-party rights.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elino is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Elino is not liable for:

• job search results, hiring outcomes, recruiter responses, interviews, contracts, or employment decisions;
• inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable job offers or third-party content;
• errors or limitations in AI-generated content;
• user decisions based on platform recommendations, analytics, or AI outputs;
• loss of data caused by user error, third-party failures, or events outside Elino’s reasonable control;
• indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Account suspension and termination

Elino may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay for a subscription, create legal, security, technical, or reputational risk, or if Elino is required to do so by law or a competent authority.

You may request account deletion by contacting contact@elino.ai.

19. Personal data

Elino processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

20. Disputes

In case of a dispute, first contact Elino at contact@elino.ai so that an amicable solution can be sought.

If no amicable solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts under applicable law.

21. Changes to these Terms

Elino may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, pricing, providers, or business model.

When required, users may be notified by email, in-app notice, or another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them.
