Full payment card details are processed by providers such as Stripe and are not stored directly by Elino.

5. Why we use your data

Providing the service

We use data to create and manage accounts, display and manage opportunities, save jobs and preferences, operate search profiles and alerts, provide dashboards and analytics, import CVs, generate professional content, and maintain platform functionality and security.

AI-assisted processing

We may process CVs, profiles, job offers, notes, and instructions through AI systems to extract skills, summarize content, identify strengths and gaps, suggest target missions, generate recruiter messages, adapt CV content, and prepare interviews. AI outputs are assistance only and should be reviewed by the user.

Payments and subscriptions

We use subscription data to process billing, detect failed payments, provide payment confirmations, and manage cancellations, refunds, and plan access.

Communication

We use contact data for account, authentication, security, job alert, subscription, product update, support, legal, and administrative emails.

Analytics and improvement

We may analyze usage to improve the experience, measure performance, detect errors, develop features, and analyze job market trends in aggregated or anonymized form.

Elino may use OpenAI or other AI providers to power AI-assisted features. Relevant content may be transmitted for processing, including CVs, job offers, profile data, instructions, or generated drafts.

Elino aims to limit transmitted data to what is necessary. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive, confidential, or third-party data unless you have the right to do so.

Elino does not use AI outputs as the sole basis for legally binding decisions about employment, hiring, or access to professional opportunities. AI assists users and does not replace human judgment.

8. Service providers and third parties

Elino may share personal data with trusted providers strictly as needed to operate the platform, including:

• AWS, for hosting, infrastructure, storage, databases, and cloud services;
• Stripe, for payment and subscription processing;
• OpenAI or other AI providers, for AI-assisted features;
• Google Analytics, for usage measurement, subject to cookie consent where required;
• Amazon SES, for transactional and notification emails;
• technical monitoring, security, logging, or support providers, if used.

You are responsible for the data, documents, CVs, job offers, URLs, notes, messages, and other content you upload, import, save, or generate through Elino. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to use and process it through the platform.

17. Children’s privacy

Elino is not intended for users under 18 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has created an account or provided data, contact contact@elino.ai.

18. Third-party links

Elino may contain links to third-party websites, job boards, recruiter pages, payment services, or external resources. Elino is not responsible for their privacy practices, content, accuracy, or availability. Review their terms and privacy policies before use.
